Business Development Manager
We are a leading environmental remediation company, providing comprehensive solutions to clients for over 34 years. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the environmental services or with sub-specialty contractors and a true passion for sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop sales and business development plan with identified prospect targets, contact plan, and measurement criteria.
· Mine all job boards daily for the environmental services specific scopes of work opportunities providing hot leads to Project Manager/Estimating team.
· Execute contact strategy with identified prospects (Asbestos Consulting Firms, Certified Asbestos Building Inspectors, General Contractors, Universities, Municipalities, and other facility environmental managers).
· Provide weekly measurement and tracking of business development activities in each stage of the sales funnel.
· Establish a consistent presence at Risk Removal’s University of Colorado office and with project managers at the University of Wyoming
· Nurture existing Standing Order Contractor relationships to maximize potential project opportunities.
· Display urgent customer response to phone, email, text, and website inquiries.
·Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience in business development/sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
